The portable internal combustion rail cutting machine is a type of highly efficient, safe and convenient tool that can be used to cut steel rails in the construction of railway. Compared with the same kind of domestic and foreign products, It has the following advantages:

6.Ø355×25.4×4mm and Ø405×32×4mm special rail cutting abrasive disks can be used. While for the same kind of machines made by other domestic manufacturers, Ø300~355mm is used. The large diameter rail cutting abrasive disks used in this machine can cut more 1-2 sections than smaller size abrasive disks, while being used for cutting 60kg/m rails.

7.Guiding rack and connecting house are of aluminium structure with light weight, high rigidity and good elongation advantages. With vibration absorbing function and lowering resonant frequency occurred in the rail cutting process. and also reducing the trembling action on operators’ hands, therefore to lower the operators'fatigue strength and protect the operators’ health and safety. In particularly, the two positioning points of the fixture can be used as supports while conducing forward and reverse cutting. so reducing the operators’ labour strength, and at the same time guaranteeing the cutting accuracy.
